Elaboration | This group comprises preparations like thin gruel ( Peyaa ), thick gruel ( Vilepee ), gruel water ( Man`d`a ) etc. These are recommended to various patients as per their digestive power. The way of preparation as well as involvement and quality of heat in preparation, amount of water added defines the lightness or heaviness of the recipe. E. g. Peyaa is easy to digest compared to Akrita Yoosha .
