ElaborationThe strength of an individual mainly depends upon good quality of Maamsa Asthi Dhaatu Balya Dravya supports or nourishes Maamsa and Asthi Dhaatu ( bone ) and helps to improve strength of the body.
They are Prithvee and Aapa predominant and have attributes like heavy, unctuous, cold, dense, slow, and hard. These are sweet, and sour in taste. E. g. S`hataavaree ( Asparagus racemosa ), Balaa ( Sida cordifolia )
