|Elaboration||Sus`hruta describes a separate group of inferior grain. Kordushaka , which comprises grain like S`hyaamaaka ( a kind of cultivated millet ), Neevaara ( wild rice ), S`haantanu , Priyangu etc.|
They are hot in potency and have attributes like sweet, rough, pungent Vipaaka ( post digestive taste ), anti diuretic etc. They pacify Kapha while aggravating Vaata and Pitta.
