ElaborationPureesha means faesces. To increase amount of faesces means Pureeshajanana . Dietary ingridients like Maasha ( Black gram ), Raajamaasha Mesha Antaraadhi Aja Antaraadhi, Kulmaasha etc. increases amount of faesces.
In the disease like Atisaara , when there is depletion of fecal matter ; it becomes necessary to increase its amount. According to Ayurveda , depletion is more painful than increase in the wate materials. In such cases dietary ingridients which increases amount of faesces should be consumed.
