Elaboration | It increases Kapha and Pitta , promotes strength and pacifies Vaata . As per S`haarangadhara, Yavaagoo is prepared from grains like rice, sesame ( Tila ), green gram ( Mudga ), black gram ( Maasha ) in which one part of the grains is mixed with six parts of water and is cooked till a thick preparation is made. ( Sh. S. M. 2 / 166 ). If Kris ` haraa is consumed along with Ghee , then it is satiating, heavy to digest, supporting to body constituents and aphrodisiac. |
