Elaboration | Life is a dynamic state. It depends on a multitude of factors. The Dosha have to be in a steady state. The Dhaatu should be properly and adequately nourished. The waste products should be retained for a proper length of time to facilitate their function and then should be eliminated from body to avoid harmful effect. The sensory motor apparatus should be adequately nourished and should be in the state of optimum function. Mind needs to be duly nourished and motivated to perform various activities and finally spirit should be properly revitalized to explore newer avenues of knowledge acquisition and gratification of its desires. All these indicate health and not just absence of diseases. |
