Elaboration | If and when Dosha , Dhaatu, Mala , Agni , mind, sensorimotor apparatus and Aatman are in equilibrium, it is called Svaasthya, which is a result of Dhaatusaamya . The signs of Dhaatusaamya are alleviation of pain, accession of voice and complexion, sturdiness of body, increase in strength, desire for food, digestion of food, elimination of flatus, urine, faces, and semen. Purpose of Ayurveda is to generate Dhaatusaamya . Sus`hruta states that food taken in adequate quantity is easily digested and produces equilibrium of body constituents as in the condition of Dhaatusaamya . |
