Increases Vaata 3. Increases Kapha in moderate amount 4. Increases and facilitates urinary and fecal output. 5. Sweet in taste and विपाक Jeevantee is described as the best vegetable ; whereas Saarshapa is the least useful vegetable. Food which is abundant with preserved and dried vegetables should be avoided. |
