Elaboration | Actions like Utkshepan`a ( upward movement ), Avakshepan`a ( downward movement ), are related with Kaayaa ( body ). Svaadhyaaya , Paat`ha are Vaachika Karma ( verbal actions ). Various actions of mind are Maanasa Karma , e. g. Dhyeya ( to consider and concentrate on a subject ), Chintya ( to consider pros and cons and decide ), Sankalpa ( determination ) or activities associated with mind. Good code of conduct – To always keep a balanced mind so as to avoid various temptations ( Pradnyaaparaadha ), which vitiate all three Dosha . Charakaachaarya mentions behavioural guidelines i. e.
