Elaboration | Mukha means mouth and Vis`hodhana means to clean . Mukha ( mouth ) is a site of Bodhaka Kapha . Vitiation of this Kapha causes, stickiness ( Pichchhilatva ) in the mouth. Drugs which removes vitiated Dosha from mouth is known as Mukha Vis`hodhana. E. g. Drugs: Jaatee, Kat`uka, Pooga, Lavanga, Kankola etc. Theraputic Procedure: Dhoomapaana, Gan`d`oosha etc. |
